ALTEC has conducted numerous Risk Evaluations (Louisiana RECAP and Texas TRRP/APAR) at various types of sites including industrial sites, former landfills, and multiple former UST sites.
Risk Evaluations are performed when a release of hazardous substances or petroleum products is known to have occurred at a property and can include investigation of soil, groundwater, and surface water. Risk Evaluations are used to address all exposure conditions and risks to human health and the environment and to ensure that decisions concerning management of release sites are protective of human health and the environment. Sampling, analytical, and reporting requirements for conducting Risk Evaluations are much more stringent than for typical Phase II ESAs.
ALTEC's staff of professional geologists and environmental technicians are experienced in the sampling techniques, analytical requirements and reporting demands required by the respective regulatory agencies in each state. |
