Mr. Redwine has 33 years of experience in providing quality civil and environmental engineering services spanning a wide range of industrial, municipal and utility projects.
Since receiving a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University, he has successfully completed projects for many clients in numerous states.

Mr. Redwine offers extensive hands-on project experience, including a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and site permitting, and an awareness of construction and permitting costs.

He provides extensive project development services to business and industries from conceptual design and environmental assessment through final design, permitting, and construction.
He provides a unique approach to environmental management issues and programs emphasizing cost-efficient designs and proven state-of-the-art technologies.
