W. Happi Dowling - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mrs. Dowling has over 17 years of accounting experience. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the company. Mrs. Dowling was employed at Louisiana Tech University for ten years as a payroll accountant. Mrs. Dowling's duties included distributing payroll for approximately 5,000 university employees, processing payroll liabilities, completing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports for state and federal agencies, processing W-2s for all employees, completing Federal Tax Deposits, making the university's daily cashier deposit, and managing all athletic and academic scholarships on student accounts.
In 1997, she was hired at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana in the position of Payroll Accountant, where her responsibilities were similar to her activities at Louisiana Tech. She also was responsible for all human resource activities such as employee health insurance programs and other benefits.
Mrs. Dowling began working at ALTEC in 2000 processing the company's payroll.
In 2002, Mrs. Dowling became responsible for all financial activities at ALTEC.
Mrs. Dowling is currently responsible for overseeing all accounting activities as well as managing ALTEC's day-to-day operations in her position as Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of ALTEC.
Mrs. Dowling has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
