Steven L. Dufield, CIH - Industrial Hygiene Manager

Mr. Dufield has over 15 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing environmental, health and safety programs. His areas of expertise include: management of the facility Industrial Hygiene Program; EPA and OSHA regulatory interpretation and applicability; development, implementation and auditing of various training programs; preparation and submittals of State and Federal compliance reports.

Mr. Dufield's experience includes senior project management of complex environmental, health and safety projects, developing annual budgets for department operations, implementing and managing corporate MSDS management systems, and the development and implementation of environmental, occupational safety, and industrial hygiene policies and programs.

Mr. Dufield has reviewed proposed new and existing OSHA and EPA regulations, provided regulatory interpretation and advised corporate offices, operating companies and other clients of potential business impact. He served as a member of a state task force appointed by Indiana OSHA to implement state/federal PSM directives that investigated and assessed compliance at targeted petroleum/chemical sites.

Mr. Dufield received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
