Mr. Raines has worked in the geological/environmental field since 1983.

He has been employed in the environmental field since 1984.

He has also been employed in the oil and gas exploration, development and production industry in the past.

Mr. Raines' experience includes environmental site assessments in numerous states including Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. He has extensive experience in soil and groundwater contamination investigations, risk evaluation, and remediation.

Mr. Raines also has extensive experience in assessment and remediation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste sites.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Geology and is a Registered Professional Geologist in Texas.
Mr. Raines is a certified UST worker in the State of Louisiana and is a licensed LPST Project Manager in the State of Texas.
He is also a certified asbestos inspector in Louisiana. Mr. Raines is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and is a licensed NORM Surveyor.
